(“Uplight”, “we”, or “us”), which is designed to provide you with access to various energy related products and services (the “Service”). Uplight provides this Marketplace Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) in order to describe our practices regarding the information that we collect in connection with this Site. In some cases, we may provide the Site on behalf of your energy service provider (“Utility”). In such cases, your Utility may further restrict the information we collect from you and how we are permitted to use such information. By submitting information in connection with the Site or Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

LOCATION BASED PRIVACY CONCERNS

The Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any contact information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using the Site, Service, and/or providing us with your contact information, you consent to this transfer. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and Service are not directed at children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under thirteen.
